Features

The global, comprehensive, and diversified curriculums establish student’s practical ability, and combine the perspectives of community service and long-term care for chronic disease.

The department provides clinical practice opportunities in local hospitals or medical centers in northern Taiwan, and train students to become experienced and skillful.

The purpose is to integrate the healthcare resources to achieve the mission of heath promotion. In addition to learning,the department highlights the importance of humanity. The goal of the department is to prepare nurses expertise at a professional level who will improve the quality of nursing care, ant to move toward toward a community and global level.

Objectives

To educate the basic knowledge and skills of nursing professionals, as well as to highlight the importance of ethics and humanity of being a nurse.

To prepare student’s humanity and inspire student’s passion to meet the needs of the society.

Provide advanced curriculums to promote the quality of the nurses.

Highlight the combination of theory and practice to educate the leader and managers at a professional level.

Career Prospective

Graduates who work in the industry of healthcare are highly recommended. Other career opportunities include airlinenurses, public health administrators, school nurses, or owners of healthcare facilities. Advanced education opportunities in college, or overseas are also available.
