  • 2013: Led students form the “Colorful Anemone Fish Team” participating in the first-run competition of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Incentive Award Program organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology, Taiwan and was the top four finalists of the Biotech Medical
  • 2009-2015:Served as the Dean of the College of Marine Resources and Engineering, National Penghu University of Science and Technology. In the 2011 school year evaluation made by the Ministry of Education, under his leadership, the 5 departments,3 graduate institutes and the college itself were all evaluated as the first class.
  • 2010-2012: Received the first “Flexible Salary for Special Outstanding Talents” from the Ministry of Education of Taiwan, with an annual bonus of NTD 500,000 and a total bonus of NTD 1.5 million for three consecutive years.
  • 2004: Won the Service Contribution Appreciation Award of the Supervisor of the Student Affairs awarded by the Ministry of Education, Taiwan.
